At Willow Tree Gift, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home decor components are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
